Acubic, Inc. is a software company. It is not a broker, a bank, or a registered investment adviser, and it does not hold client money or assets. Acubic provides portfolio research and automation tools; information on the platform is general and is not personalised financial advice. Investing involves risk, including the loss of capital, and past performance does not guarantee future results.

5. Brokers and Trademarks

Acubic works with brokerage accounts that you already hold and choose to connect. Acubic is an independent app listed in the eToro App Store. It is not owned by or part of eToro and is not endorsed by eToro; it uses eToro's public API under eToro's developer terms, with no commercial or reseller agreement. Trading 212 connections run on an API key you create yourself, and Acubic has no partnership with Trading 212. You can revoke Acubic's access from your broker at any time.

eToro, Trading 212, and other third-party names and logos shown on the site are trademarks of their respective owners and are used only to identify the services Acubic works with.
